I strongly believe that food not only impacts our weight but also how we look. And I want to look younger now so I can hopefully look younger when I am 50 haha. I saw a lot of examples of women that look like they’re 25 at 45 and that’s the dream!
I’ve been studding this topic because I’m fascinated by the human body and ways we adapt to impact our health in the long run.
Lets jump into it!
First of all lets talk about general habits we should follow to eat clean and healthy
1. Drop addictive food
The most common thing to do is to avoid all food that’s easy to crave. All processed food has hidden sugar, salt and bad fats. Almost everything in a box or packet, fast food should be avoided.
2. Eat nuts
First of all nuts can replace dairy milk, you can make nut milk yourself by using a blender, or you can buy it ready at the store but make sure it’s unsweetened. For example, Brazilian nuts have 4.1 grams of protein, zinc, magnesium, vitamin E and much more, it helps to prevent grey hair and also provides a good fat for your skin.
3. Use lots of herbs
Herbs have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits. Make soups with them or add it to your salad or smoothie.
4. Cooking methods matter
The cooking process should retain maximum nutrients and antioxidants in all of our food, to sustain us and keep us looking and feeling younger.
Air frying gives a rich flavor to fried food and you don’t need to use oil which gives it a slight edge on traditional cooking.
